For twenty-five years, Kai Jacobs has represented clients in Florida’s state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Gaining experience in small and large law firms, Kai has been exposed both to the widely varying types of clients found in Florida, as well as the litigation they encounter. From this, he has worked to develop efficiencies and strategies intended to help clients meet their litigation objectives without necessarily incurring all of the expenses that can make litigation prohibitively unaffordable.
Developing his skills in matters involving money damages stemming from business, contractual, or property disputes, Kai has litigated and consulted on numerous will contests and adversary matters pending in the probate division of Florida’s courts.
Kai is now working to help clients meet their objectives on his own and is using Kai Jacobs, P.A. as vehicle to both advocate for clients in litigation and otherwise helping to create solutions to minimize its impact or avoid it altogether.
Kai, a Florida native, is a member of the Florida Bar and is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida.
